  • Wine and spirits are based on 750mL bottles
  • 750mL wine bottles yield 5-6 glasses
  • A 750mL (26 oz.) bottle gives 17 standard drinks. You will need three similarly sized bottles of mix, such as fruit juices and soft drinks. Extra should be provided for the designated drivers and non-drinkers.
  • Banquets generally consist of tables of eight. We suggest one bottle of red and one bottle of white wine per table.
